Nithyananda Foundation & Bhaktananda (Gopal Reddy Sheelum) Guilty of FRAUD in Unanimous Verdict in U.S. Federal Civil Court
Hi Readers. We're running a bit short on time, but his video below pretty much sums up the recent events against Nithyananda Swami and his band of unmerry troublemakers.
We'll do a full post shortly and make some very interesting documents available that prove that Nithyananda Swami is tied, bound, and gagged to the Nithyananda Foundation. This is his baby. Guilty.
Please note that only the 'Nithyananda Foundation' and Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swami were found guilty of FRAUD. Other charges such as RICO were declared 'not guilty'.
The other named defendants who were found 'not guilty' (this time) were Mr. Siva Vallabhaneni, a.k.a. sometimes-Swami Sri Nithya Sachitananda, and his sometimes-wife, Ms. Ragani Vallabhaneni, a.k.a. Ma Nithya Sachitananda, the original madam that ushered so many ladies to Sex Swami Nithyananda's bed.
Ms. Jyothi Sheelum, a.k.a. Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swami and wife to guilty party, Gopal Reddy Sheelum, a.k.a. Sri Nithya Bhaktananda Swami, was also found 'not guilty'.
Ms. D Jamunarani, a.k.a. Ma Nithya Sadhananda, Sex Swami's first ashramite, and co-signer of all the Non-disclosure (NDA) sex contracts, was originally listed as a defendant. She was removed, but still forced to testify. Her admissions were incrimidating and will be used against her. In this trial, she was neither 'guilty' or 'not guilty'.
Sex Swami Nithyananda was not a named party to the case. He is neither 'guilty' or 'not guilty'. As a last ditch effort, Sex Swami Nithyananda did request to testify via video conferencing, but the Honorable Judge, Stephen V. Wilson, said 'NO'. That Sex Swami Nithyananda had to appear in California and undergo several hours of 'discovery' (legal term for the lawyers to cross examine the defendants and witnesses).
Sex Swami is now trying to distance himself from his very own organization which he created along with the Sachitananda's. We'll be posting all this evidence for everyone to admire very short. Nithyananda is busted! Yes, just one more string of lies to add to a very long chain.
Please note that this is a civil case in a U.S. Federal Court. In a Federal Court, it takes an unanimous verdict (the whole jury must agree.) A Federal Court has higher standards than a 'superior' or local court, since it is governed by the central U.S. Government, not the state government. This is much like the difference between the FBI and the local police.
It should be noted that the bar of 'proof' is a bit lower in a civil case than it would be in a criminal case. For instance, OJ Simpson was found 'not guilty' of murder in a criminal case, but 'guilty' in a civil case.
For the record, the Honorable Judge, Stephen V. Wilson, did not remand the plaintiff's attorney, as stated incorrectly on Nithyananda's website. This is just one last desperate measure from the Nithyananda camp to try to smear the plaintiff's good name.
Sri Popat's attorney did an excellent job and upheld high standards of ethics regardless of receiving tons of dirty tricks and delay tactics from Nithyananda's camp. The Honorable Judge, Stephen V. Wilson, several times warned Nithyananda's attorneys and defendants to shape up or ship out. They complied, but tactics added expenses and delay's to the plaintiff (Sri Popat).
There are currently other 'active' civil lawsuits against Nithyananda and his thugs, so this is not the only show in town. Just the first.
It is our strict policy not to comment or post comments on ongoing court cases. This can have adverse affect on the case. Also, we wish to protect the victims, or at least 'give them some space' during these trials. Being up against a criminal mafia of Nithyananda and his unholy thugs and 'dirty tricks' lawyers is daunting enough.
